Kozmo's Grille is Massillon's premier dining, banquet and catering facility. Housed in a 170-year old historical building with original brick walls, tin ceilings and solid wood floors, it offers the most discriminating guest warm and comfortable surroundings without all the fuss and cost of many of the clubs and other banquet facilities. Whether you would like to utilize our banquet facilities or have us cater your event, let our knowledgeable and experienced staff create something special for you.

Our Facilities:
Kozmo's Upstairs is comprised of two function rooms separated by a bar and dance floor. Depending on seating arrangements, our Shorty Roan Room can accommodate 40-50 guests and our Lillian Gish Hall 100 - 110. Larger groups can, of course, reserve the entire banquet facility. Kozmo"s Upstairs is handicapped accessible and caters to all of the special needs of our guests. We will be happy to customize our food service and banquet facilities to YOUR needs. Whether you are seeking facilities for a light lunch or elaborate wedding celebration, our professional staff can help you design the perfect party.
We have ample parking in lots on our South and West side.
In addition, free parking is available at the Massillon Municipal parking deck which is attached to the Hampton Inn directly across the street.

Beverage Packages
Cash Bar
Cash Bar service includes a $50 charge for the attending bartender. Drinks are sold a la carte and are paid for at the time of service. The bar will be set up according to the hosts desires and includes a selection of well, premium, and call liquors and wines as well as domestic and import beers.
Inventory Bar
Attending bartender(s) are provided and included in the price. Billing is based on the number and pricing of individual drinks consumed by your guests. In addition to well liquors, house wines and a selection of domestic and imported beers, we'll be happy to stock any or your special requests.
Full Service Bars
Attending bartender(s) are provided and included in the per person price of all Full Service Bars. Full Service Bars are based on a sliding scale depending on the number of hours and brands selected.
Standard Bar:
Includes well liquors, domestic beers, and house wines.
First hour - $8.00 pp | Additional hours - $5.00 pp
Deluxe:
Includes all of the Standard offerings plus premium call brands, import beers and our full selection of wines.
First hour - $10.00 pp | Additional hours $7.00 pp

Corkage
If you have special wines or champagnes (that we do not carry) that you would like to supply for your banquet, we would be happy to accomodate your needs. Corkage fee - $5.00
Policies and Information:
Our Private Event Planner has been designed to guide you through the process of selecting the type of service and menu you would like for your special event. Your selection is, of course, not limited to the options listed. Our staff would be happy to tailor an event to YOUR desires and preferences.
Included in your package at no additional charge are the following:
* Table linens, napkins, and skirting
* Standard table center pieces
* Standard audio visual equipment which includes voice amplification, podium, projection screen, and note pad with easel.
* Vintage 45 rpm juke box with unlimited free play
Contract, Deposits, Billing and Payment Terms
We will place a courtesy hold on your banquet space for two weeks without a deposit. In that two weeks we will prepare a contract for your signature and that requires a non-refundable booking deposit of $100. You will have to provide a good-faith estimate of your count for the completion of your contract. An updated estimate of the guest count is due two weeks prior to arrival. The final guest count is due three days prior to arrival. Your final guest count is considered a guaranteed count.
Final Menu
All menu selections must be finalized at least three weeks prior to arrival.
Other
We do not assume any responsibility for any damage or loss of any articles left at our facility. Banquet facilities are available from 7 AM to 12 midnight, seven days a week. All bookings are based on a 5-hour time period. Service beyond the five-hour period is charged at $75 per hour. Bar service will be suspended during the serving of the meal. The bar closes one-half hour prior to the scheduled end of events.
Standard Bar:
Includes well liquors, domestic beers, and house wines.
First hour - $8.00 pp | Additional hours - $5.00 pp
Beer and Wine Bar
Includes a full selection of domestic, premium, and import beers as well as house wines.
First hour - $6.00 pp | Additional hours - $4.00 pp
